This high intensity interval training workout was fun!

Give it a try

It doesn’t have to be a on a ski erg, it can be on running, rowing, or biking.

Workout was:
.
Two sets of 45 second sprint
.
Rest x 4 minutes
.
Three sets of 30 second sprint
.
Rest x 3 minutes
.
Four sets of 15 second sprint
.
.
Rest x 2 minutes
.
As the duration gets shorter. Make sure you increase your speed and go for a higher power output.
